Aqua would like to thank everybody who paid us a visit at the National Crafts Fair in the RDS from 2nd-6th December. We had a stand in the Good Food Ireland section located in the Food Emporium. We had a busy few days selling our delicous homemade pate!
 
We had a chicken and a duck liver pate, both of which were made fresh in the restaurant the previous evening using only organic produce. In fact our pate was so popular we are looking into making it available for retail in the new year.
